If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 60% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children Policy: (Children are welcome)
Children over the age of 3 (three) will be charged a supplement per child per night. Children younger than 12 (twelve) occupying a room with 2 (two) paying adults will be charged:
2020-2023 R330 per bed per night, no more than 2 (two) children are allowed per room.
Children up to 12 year will pay R100.00 per day per breakfast.
2024-R450 per bed per night, no more than 2 (two) children are allowed per room.
Children up to 12 year will pay R150.00 per day per breakfast.
We do have a sleeper couch available for children younger than 12 (twelve) at a good rate. Please enquire if interested. Children 3 (three) years and younger stay free.
Children older than 3 (three) will not be allowed in a cot.
Only Suite no 4 & Suite No 6 can accommodate children.
Single Rooms Policy:
Single Rooms consist of a 3/4 (Three Quarter) Bed; if a Double Bed is requested a different Rate applies. Please make sure the pricing difference is understood.

Check in from 14h00 – 18h00. Early arrivals by arrangement only. Late arrivals: Please let us know to avoid inconvenience at the gate. Check out by 11h00, late check out on pre-arrangement only.
On arrival patrons must provide valid photo identification (Identity Documents, passport, or driver’s license). In case of children suitable identification are required.
We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, however guests may smoke on their suite’s veranda and dedicated smoking areas.
